Michael Starko, Managing Director

Michael is Managing Director of OneWorld Assist, TU Group’s medical claims management company. Over the past eleven years, Michael has built successful alliances with numerous health care networks within the US and around the world. He is responsible for the company’s claims administration, international emergency assistance and cost containment units. Prior to becoming Managing Director, Michael initiated and developed OneWorld Assist’s current cost management system.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Gonzaga University. Michael joined TU Group in 1992.

Patrick Robinson, Executive Director

Patrick is Executive Director of OneWorld Assist. He provides the company 10 years of expertise in the hospital/medical insurance and international medical assistance industries. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of TU Group, OneWorld Assist’s parent company.

Brad Dance, Executive Director, Business Development

In his role as Executive Director, Business Development Brad Dance provides counsel on growth opportunities and develops market entry strategies for OneWorld Assist’s medical assistance, cost management and claims administration units.

Before joining OneWorld Assist, Brad was Vice President of Marsh Canada Ltd., the world’s leading risk and insurance services firm. At Marsh, Brad provided risk management and consulting services to a diverse mix of multi-national and corporate clients, as well as universities and government agencies.

Taka Katsube, Director, Cost Management

As Manager, Cost Management Taka sources medical centres of excellence providing quality care for OneWorld Assist clients while balancing health care costs. Working behind the scenes, Taka has a thorough understanding of the specialized medical services and cost savings opportunities available from medical providers.

Juliet Zacks, Director, Claims Administration

As Manager, Claims Administration Juliet oversees OneWorld Assist’s claims examiners and administrators and ensures delivery of exceptional customer service to all claimants. Her goal is that all claimaints become repeat buyers of their insurance products.

Juliet has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and has worked at OneWorld Assist since 1999.

Rose McLeod, Manager, Assistance

Rose is Manager, Assistance and coordinates medical treatment services, travel and billing on behalf of all OneWorld Assist clients. She brings extensive experience in providing emergency medical assistance to Canadians travelling in the US and abroad to her position. Over the 17 years Rose has managed the assistance division at OneWorld Assist, she has developed a dossier of physicians, hospitals, clinics and care providers around the world. Her coordination of cost-effective and timely medical care has resulted in treatment for thousands of claimants in some of the world’s most remote locales.
